• 1/2 cup ground coffee
• 1 Piloncillo (This is the authentic ingredients to use, please check your local Mexican grocery stores or ethnic isles at Kroger stores or order online) OR 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 4 whole cloves
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 7 ounces vegan cheese (violife feta or trader joes feta is what we recommend)
• 10 corn tortillas
• 8 ounces oil for frying
• 1 cup (raw & unsalted) cashews
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• Salt
• Pepper
• 2 (15 ounce) cans of pinto or black beans
• 1/2 cup vegetable broth
• 1 cup white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
• 1/4 cup sugar
